• New applicants with a non-US address must appoint a US Agent for Service by April 2, 2025

• ⁠The deadline for existing certificate holders remains July 7, 2025.

New requirements published in FAA AC 3-1 and 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C require FAA certificate holders with non-US addresses to appoint a US Agent for Service. This includes:
